Ordering & payment
This website does not process orders or take payment directly. When you call, text or submit the contact form, your order is confirmed personally with Angela, and payment is arranged directly between you and her (typically Zelle or Cash App). This site never asks for and never stores your card, bank or payment app details.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, what you'd like to order, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call, text or email us directly, we hold that conversation too.
How we use it
To confirm and fulfill your order, answer your question, and keep our own record of the conversation. That is the whole purpose.
Calls and messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you back about whatever you contacted us for. We never share your number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the services that make the website and the contact form work: our website host and our email provider. Those providers only handle your details in order to deliver that service.
We would also disclose information if the law required it, for example a court order.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Nothing is set that needs your consent, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept while they are useful for running the business and meeting our record-keeping obligations. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us.
Security
Your message is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted systems. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not keep anything we do not need.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
